It’s Day 6 of the #julyanimaleyes challenge! To celebrate World Watercolor Month, I’m creating 30 eyes in 30 days!
Today’s painting is the eye of this koala. It took a bit of experimenting to create that textured fur, and I look forward to painting the entire subject! Size is approximately 2 x 2.5 inches, using Arches 140 lb. Cold Press paper and Winsor & Newton watercolor paints.
